Plan Modifications
Often the simplest and most cost effective ways of achieving your requirements is to start with an existing or previous design and fine tuning to your own needs. As we have been doing this for many years we have an extensive library of previous design ideas that can be modified quickly & easily with minimal additional cost.

Unit Developments
Over the last few years Prostruct have built a number of multi unit developments for both our own company and for clients.
These have ranged from simple Dual Occupancy projects on residential allotments to multiple residential units. If you are an investor and have a block of land you wish to develop we will gladly assist with most aspects of your project. We will also be happy to refer you to specialist consultants for advice on issues such as subdivision and town planning issues.
